At EPIC, we like to keep it EPIC. Including our snacks and especially our parties. If you’re looking to level up your snack and app game, we’ve got you covered.
Starting off simple, this is an EPIC hack any one can whip up.
Start by opening a bag of your favorite EPIC Bites. We went with Beef Sea Salt and Pepper Bites because they’re 8 grams of protein per serving, 3 grams of carbs and 100% grass-fed beef.
Cut cheddar cheese or your cheese of choice into cubes and set aside. Open a jar of olives or any other pickled veggie that helps you clean out the fridge and get those greens in. If you’re feeling fancy, you can add a sauce to your skewer line up. We went with pesto but you could do a salsa, chili jam or just about anything.
Now it’s time to flex those arts and crafts skills. Stack each layer and press a skewer through the stack. If you’re skipping the sauce, you can layer your skewer in reverse, adding each element one at a time. There’s no right way to do it other than to enjoy it when it’s done.
Epic™ Loaded Pork Rinds
This take on potato skins is so EPIC, we can’t wait for you to try them.
The first step is to make your mashed potato mix. Now, potatoes are personal, so we want you to follow your heart on this one. We start our mashed potato mix by roasting Yukon Gold Potatoes brushed with EPIC Duck Fat and seasoned with salt and pepper. From there, we add them to a bowl with butter, cream cheese and combine with shredded cheddar cheese. You should end up with a tasty mashed potato mix. Proportions will depend on the amount of Loaded Pork Rinds you’d like to make and how much you love cheese.
Once satisfied with your mashed potato to cheese ratio, set aside. Add EPIC Pink Himalayan Sea Salt Pork Rinds to a serving plate. Top with mashed potatoes, EPIC Uncured Bacon Bits and green onion. Oh yeah, that’s EPIC.
