How do I cancel my subscription?
1. Log into your customer account
2. Select Manage Subscriptions on the top left above My Account
3. Click on Manage Subscription for each item you are subscribed to
4. On the next page scroll down and on the bottom left select Cancel Subscription
5. Select a reason for cancelling and select next
6. Select Cancel Subscription to complete the process
How do I update my next shipment?
1. Log into your customer account
2. Select Manage Subscriptions on the top left above My Account
3. Click on Manage Subscription for each item you are subscribed to
4. Click on Next Charge Date
5. A calendar pops up, which allows you to update your next shipment date. Click on the Update Next Shipment Date once you are done
How do I update my shipping information?
1. Log into your customer account
2. Select Manage Subscriptions on the top left above My Account
3. Next select Shipping Addresses at the top, below the main navigation bar
4. Select the drop down arrow, next to the Associated Payment Method, select Edit Shipping Address
5. A tab pops up that allows you to update your shipping address, select Save when done
How do I update my payment methods?
1. Log into your customer account
2. Select Manage Subscriptions on the top left above My Account
3. Next select Payment Methods at the top, below the main navigation bar
4. Select Add Payment Method to add a new card
5. A tab pops up that allows you to add a new payment method, select Add Payment Method when done. Make sure you select the box titled Update all of my subscriptions to use this payment method
How do I skip a shipment?
- Log into your customer account
- Select Manage Subscriptions on the top left above My Account
- Click on Manage Subscription for each item you are subscribed to
- On the next page scroll down and on the left select Skip Shipment
- Click on the Skip button to confirm the change
Is there a minimum number of EPIC snacks I need to subscribe to?
No! Subscribe to any amount of items you want!
When will my subscription ship?
We ship subscriptions Monday - Friday. We typically ship your subscription within 24 hours of it being processed.
