EPIC offers FedEx Ground for all customers. EPIC Bone Broth is shipped inside an insulated cooler with ice packs and should be refrigerated as soon as it’s delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for products that spoil after delivery. Since our broth is shipped cold, it should be unpacked and refrigerated immediately after delivery.
