This week, we try something new! We go behind the scenes at EPIC to show you what happens when we don’t have enough salmon to support the growth of our salmon products.

 

You’ll hear from our salmon fisherman, Steve, on what caused the massive disruption in this year’s sockeye salmon harvest as well as hear our team taste tests the improved salmon products. This is definitely a different episode format for us, so please listen and let us know what you think!
